OutServ offers DNS registration, security certificate, and electronic mail services through Tucows and the OpenSRS system.

To register a new domain name or to transfer an existing domain registration to OutServ from another registrar, please contact dns-admin@outserv.net or submit a request through the OutServ Service Delivery System. Customers must agree to the appropriate terms and conditions listed below before purchasing these services through OutServ.

If you have forgotten the username or password you selected when the domain was registered, contact dns-admin@outserv.net to have the authentication information sent to you via email.
